Joshua Hughes

Vice President Exploration, Bluejay Mining plc

Joshua Hughes is an experienced exploration manager with >14 years of experience in gold, base and critical metal exploration in the Arctic, Europe, Africa and Central Asia. He is Vice President Exploration of Bluejay Mining plc, an AIM, FSE listed and OTCQB traded mineral exploration company with a portfolio of base metal projects in Greenland and Finland. Previously Josh has held senior positions including Chief Geologist of Greenland’s national exploration company NunaMinerals A/S and Vice President Exploration of TSX-V listed, Arras Minerals Corp. He is a graduate of Cardiff University with an MESci (Hons) degree in Exploration and Resource Geology and has a research background in applied petrology and geochemistry through affiliations with the Universities of St Andrews and Durham. Josh is a Fellow of the Society for of Economic Geologists (‘FSEG’) and a Chartered Professional Geologist of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (‘MAusIMM CP(Geo)’).
