Samantha Harrison

Samantha has over 20 years’ experience of advising on a wide range of corporate finance and has been working predominantly with companies in the Natural Resources space for over a decade. Her experience includes working with companies across the E&P sector and across many differing jurisdictions. She has worked as both an independent corporate finance adviser and in a London stockbroking firm. Samantha expertise in capital markets covers both the Main Market and AIM, having provided advice for public companies as an authorised Nominated Adviser, Sponsor and NEX Corporate Finance Adviser. She has managed IPOs, secondary fund raising and public company takeovers.  She has previously been Chairperson of the Quoted Companies Alliance's Corporate Finance Expert Group. Samantha is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.  Samantha is a graduate of Cambridge University and alumnus of the Judge Business School.
